Terms of Service
Effective November 5, 2026 · Applies to advestigate.co.in and the Advestigate web application
These terms are an agreement between you and Advestigate (“Advestigate”, “we”, “us”) and govern your use of advestigate.co.in and the Advestigate web application. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Advestigate for an organisation, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.
- The service
- Automated, read-only audits of Google Ads accounts, delivered as reports.
- Your accounts
- Connect only Google Ads accounts you are authorised to access.
- Billing
- Monthly plans and a 14-day free trial that needs no card. Cancel any time.
- Reports
- Analysis to inform your decisions — not a guarantee of results.
1. The service
Advestigate connects to Google Ads accounts you authorise through Google OAuth, reads reporting data through the official Google Ads API, runs automated checks on it, and produces audit reports in the app, as PDFs and as share links.
Advestigate is read-only. It does not create, edit, pause or delete campaigns, ads, keywords, budgets, bids or settings in your Google Ads account, and contains no functionality to do so. Any change to your account is made by you, in Google Ads.
You can try the product on built-in sample accounts that contain fictional data before connecting a real account.
2. Your account and the Google Ads accounts you connect
- You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Connect only Google Ads accounts you own or are authorised to access. If you are an agency, you confirm your client has authorised you to audit their account and to share the resulting report.
- Your use of Google Ads and of your Google account remains subject to Google's own terms, including the Google Terms of Service.
- You can disconnect a Google Ads account at any time from the Accounts page, which revokes our access.
3. Your data and privacy
How we handle your information, including Google user data, is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: we use Google user data only to provide the audits you request, we do not sell it or use it for advertising, and our use of it adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You keep all rights to your data and to the logos and branding you upload. You give us only the permission needed to run the service — for example, to process your Google Ads reporting data and to place your logo on your reports.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- connect accounts you are not authorised to access;
- attempt to break, overload, probe or bypass the security of the service;
- copy, resell or provide access to the service itself to others (delivering white-labelled reports to your own clients is allowed — that is what the product is for);
- use the service in a way that breaks the law or Google’s policies.
5. Plans, trial and billing
- Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance.
- New accounts start with a 14-day free trial that needs no payment card and does not convert to a paid plan automatically.
- You can switch plans at any time from billing settings, and cancel at any time by emailing advestigatehq@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not refund partial months.
- We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before a price increase applies to an existing subscription.
6. Reports are analysis, not guarantees
Audit findings, health scores and wasted-spend estimates are automated analysis of your account's historical data, provided to inform your decisions. Estimates are deliberately conservative, but they are not financial or professional advice, and we do not guarantee any change in advertising performance. Decisions about your account, and their results, are yours.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Advestigate available but do not promise uninterrupted service, and the Google Ads API has limits outside our control. We may improve or change features over time. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give at least 60 days' notice and a way to export your audit history.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or advertising spend, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using Advestigate and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice and an explanation unless security requires otherwise.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, we both agree to try to resolve the dispute in good faith by email first.
11. Changes to these terms
If we make a material change to these terms, we will update this page and email account holders before it takes effect. The effective date at the top always shows the current version.
