Connect. Audit. Report. Nothing else.
Three steps between “I wonder what's wrong with this account” and a finished, branded PDF. Here's each one in detail, including exactly what data we touch and what we can't touch.
Connect your account — read-only, through Google
You (or your client) click “Connect Google Ads” and land on Google's own sign-in and consent screen — your password is entered at Google, never with us. Google issues Advestigate a token for its Ads API, and our platform uses it exclusively for reporting queries: the product contains no code that modifies an account. We never create, pause, or modify your campaigns.
You can revoke this access at any moment — from the accounts page inside Advestigate (which also revokes the token at Google and deletes it from our database) or directly from your Google account's security settings.
Data we read
- · Campaign settings and performance (spend, clicks, conversions, impression share)
- · Ad group, keyword, and search performance data
- · Ad copy, ad strength, and approval status
- · Conversion action configuration and recency
- · Negative keywords and shared negative lists
- · Account settings (auto-tagging, linked accounts) and change history counts
What never happens
- · We never create, pause, edit, or remove campaigns, ads, keywords, budgets, or any other object
- · We don't access your Google account beyond the Google Ads reporting scope you grant
- · We don't sell or share your advertising data with anyone — see the privacy policy
- · We don't use your account data to train models or benchmark other customers against you
We run 30+ checks against 90 days of data
The engine pulls your last 90 days of campaign, ad group, keyword, ad, and conversion data and works through the checklist a senior PPC auditor would apply by hand: conversion tracking integrity first (because a broken tag invalidates everything else), then wasted spend, negatives, ad copy, budgets and bidding, and account settings.
Each finding names the specific campaigns and keywords affected, and where the data supports it, includes a conservative estimate of the monthly cost — only spend that produced zero conversions is counted, so the numbers hold up when a client questions them. A typical audit finishes in under two minutes.
You get the report — branded, in the browser and as PDF
Findings appear in your dashboard ordered by severity, and the same report renders as a clean PDF: cover page with health score and headline numbers, then every finding with its evidence and recommendation. On agency plans the PDF carries your logo, your primary color, your footer, and a “Prepared by” line — nothing of ours.
Re-run the audit whenever you like. Scores and findings are kept per account, so you can show a client (or yourself) the waste trending down month over month.
